Malkit
Executive PA
Malkit has been working at The KB Clinic for over 12 years. Her background includes working at Great Ormond Street Hospital for 13 years starting off as a medical clerk and then as a medical secretary. She worked for three orthopaedic & spinal consultants. Over the years, she became a senior secretary and then an office manager to the orthopaedic department. She provides The KB Clinic with seamless support in running the clinic in an organised and efficient manner.
Malkit's interests include travelling, reading books, and handicraft.

Samantha
Executive PA
Sam joined us in October 2025 with over 20 years' experience in private healthcare. She has worked with clinicians in multiple specialties, including orthopaedics, psychiatry and endocrinology.
In her spare time, Sam enjoys live music, theatre, and walking other people’s dogs.

Henry
Media & Communications Manager
Henry is responsible for The KB Clinic’s corporate identity. As part of a major brand overhaul in 2020, he re-designed the company’s logo and typeface, created a new website and LinkedIn page, and produced refreshed printed products for the practice. More recently, he oversaw the acquisition of our new ultrasound equipment.
Henry is completing a biochemistry degree at Imperial College London and is also an accredited member of the Royal College of Organists.

Oliver
Digital Marketing Assistant
Oliver manages the clinic’s online presence. He has had a major role in our digital evolution and frequently creates content for our LinkedIn profile, helping to share the clinic’s values with patients and colleagues.
Oliver is a passionate triathlete, representing Imperial College London in competitions when he's not busy working towards his degree in mechanical engineering.

Raffaella
Executive Director
Raffaella has been an executive director of the clinic since July 2011. She boasts over thirty years of experience in governance, strategy, business transformation and growth agenda in the health, social care and non-profit sectors.
Her skills combine strategic leadership with a solid understanding of financial oversight, governance, risk management, and commercial growth strategies.
Before joining the clinic, Raffaella was a Partner at Accenture, an entrepreneur and business manager, and a chartered accountant. She also holds an MBA.
